Insurance Account Handler Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory, a leading insurance broker with a strong presence in the UK market.

As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their primary point of contact, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to increase business and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding promptly to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
