We are seeking qualified and experienced individuals to work with Teaching Personnel as SEN Tutors in the northwest area. Our tutors provide 1-1 tuition to young people who are not in education, helping them to overcome various challenges and achieve their goals.
About the Role:
As a SEN Tutor, you will work with pupils who have a range of needs, including SEND, Children in Care, School refusers, SEMH, Asylum Seekers, and pupils who have been excluded from school. You will deliver tuition in English, Maths, and Life Skills, helping pupils to prepare for transition back to school.
Requirements:
- A qualified teacher with QTS or a similar qualification
- Or an experienced tutor with a strong track record of supporting pupils with SEND needs
- Confident planning and preparing lessons and resources
- Resilience, patience, and compassion
