Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Field Manager to join our Operations team at Anglian Home Improvements. As a Field Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service during the installation phase of their contracts.


Key Responsibilities



  • Customer Experience - Deliver an exceptional customer experience, adhering to Anglian standards.
  • Installer Management - Keep installer records updated and oversee induction and training.
  • Installation Quality - Ensure safe and on-specification product installations within agreed timelines.
  • Compliance - Maintain compliance with statutory and local authority requirements.
  • Company Policies - Adhere to Company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Customer Queries - Handle customer queries, complaints, and calls promptly and effectively.
  • Performance Measures - Collaborate with senior management on customer complaints resolution, manage retentions and payments according to contract terms, and engage new Installer teams and support Service Engineers as needed.

Qualifications and Experience



  • Qualifications - Good numerical aptitude and communication skills.
  • Experience - 2+ years' experience or qualification in high-volume residential or construction projects.
  • Skills - Appropriate skills in people management and coaching.
