Fashion Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Advisor to join our team at the University of the Arts London. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, visual merchandising our merchandise, and engaging with customers to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Work closely with the buying team to source products that meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and stimulating shopping environment that showcases our merchandise.
- Utilize your sales skills and product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities and achieve commercial objectives.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and supporting colleagues.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Proven sales experience in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Luxury retail experience within a boutique in RTW, Accessories, or Shoes.
- Strong seller with a proven background in sales.
- Commercially aware and able to work towards commercial objectives.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail.
- A client book or experience working in a physical retail environment of a Fashion/Lifestyle/Art brand.
- Experience in working in an editorial or e-commerce team setting.
