Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at THG. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of our beauty business, leveraging your expertise in technology and e-commerce to drive innovation and growth.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial/product management/project management roles in a D2C e-commerce environment, with significant experience in a leadership role. They will also have proven experience building and developing medium to large-sized teams, including recruitment, performance management, and team health and culture building.


In terms of skills and qualifications, we are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience in a relevant field, along with appropriate competency with relevant tools and software such as Excel Suite, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Content Square.


A competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and access to our 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
