We are seeking an ESG Sustainability Professional to drive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies, initiatives, and improvements across operations, occupier engagement, public realm projects, and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the ESG roadmap for London Bridge City, aligning initiatives with business objectives.
  • Support and grow integrated social value efforts, with a particular focus on people and communities.
  • Act as a key resource for occupiers, helping them achieve their ESG goals and promoting collaborative partnerships.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across all operations and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community partners and organisations to drive ESG value.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Community Manager to promote and raise awareness of ESG initiatives and achievements.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual impact reporting on ESG performance for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Guide the London Bridge City team to improve ESG performance through effective project execution and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with ESG standards and drive continuous improvements, supporting sustainability goals and socio-economic benefits for occupiers.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a sustainability or ESG-related role, preferably within property management, real estate, or facilities management.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline (environment, sustainability, engineering, energy, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of sustainability, ESG reporting, and ability to translate data into actionable insights and best practices.
  • Experience in building stakeholder relationships and supporting ESG targets and ambitions for diverse groups.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively, translating vision into practical operational plans.
  • Knowledge of statutory and internal ESG compliance, including ISO standards and relevant certifications.
  • Experience in project management and the ability to deliver on ESG initiatives within budget and timeframes.

Package Includes:

  • Salary range: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
