The Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our Software Product customer base by identifying and managing new customer sales opportunities. You will strategically enhance this line of business and be instrumental to its future success.


Our industry-leading SAP Certified software has been designed to help global businesses solve their supply chain challenges and is used by large enterprise brands worldwide. Therefore, the ability and desire for business-expensed travel are essential.


To support your success, we provide an environment where business development managers have autonomy, are not micromanaged, and are supported by marketing and internal lead generation. Our senior sales management team is available for ongoing mentoring and support.


Required Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:

  • We are looking for someone with experience selling software or hardware within the supply chain industry, although we are open to candidates with successful sales records in other industries.
  • Experience in selling IT, software, SaaS, WMS, ERP, SAP, CRM, or similar software products or services into supply chain, warehouse, or manufacturing environments would be advantageous.
  • You must be able to demonstrate the ability to identify potential customers, generate sales leads, and manage a sales pipeline and customers through to successful new customer onboarding.
  • Good ability to build lasting relationships, influence, and negotiate with senior customer stakeholders.
