The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering exceptional culinary experiences, ensuring high-quality meals, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and sanitation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase creativity and attention to detail.
  • Supervise kitchen areas, enforcing best practices for food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Conduct ongoing training and professional development of kitchen staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a luxury hotel/resort or high-end restaurant.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
