">About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to lead our ward team at Holy Cross Hospital in Haslemere, Surrey. As a Neurocare Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care are delivered in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a neuro-disability setting, with current NMC pin and Tracheostomy and Ventilator training (training can be provided). You must also be accountable for delivering patient care that is Caring, Safe, Effective, Responsive, and Well-Led.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deputise for the Ward Manager
- Ensure efficient running of the ward through effective leadership, motivation, supervision, and direction
- Manage staff, resources, roster management, and workforce planning
- Oversee patient care, including daily oversight of staffing, resources, and patient well-being
- Work closely with the wider Multi-Disciplinary team
