**About You**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Leader to join our leadership team.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in senior management within an acute healthcare setting and a strong track record of strategic planning and leadership.

The estimated salary for this role is £130,000-£160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance hospital services, leading and mentoring the multidisciplinary team to achieve clinical and operational goals, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to patient-centred care and operational excellence, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance hospital services
  • Lead and mentor the multidisciplinary team to achieve clinical and operational goals
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
