As a Health and Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing and implementing various Health, Environment, Safety, and Security (HESS) programs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance to local occupational health, environment, safety, and security legislation and requirements.

You will work closely with the Global HESS Manager to develop and align activities, implement and coordinate HESS policies, procedures, and programs, perform internal and external HESS audits, and conduct investigations and analysis of major and minor injuries.

In addition, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, identifying HESS training needs, developing training presentations, and conducting training sessions. You will also prepare HESS statistics, identify trends and causes, and perform data analysis for management to enable continuous improvement in safety performance.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong knowledge of MS Office software suite. Experience in Oil and Gas, SAR, and aviation business is preferred, along with familiarity with Quality standards, including ISO 9001.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. If you are a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a focus on delivery of safety, we encourage you to apply.
