We are seeking a skilled Linen Porter to join our team at Conrad London St James, a luxury hotel located in the heart of Westminster. As a Linen Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our linen room, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing linen room operations to ensure efficient and effective management of linen supplies.
  • Ensure quality controls are in place for all linen processes, rejecting any exceptions and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively, providing a positive experience for our guests.
  • Oversee the issuing of linen via a requisition system, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of linen to our housekeeping team.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of linen supplies.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a hotel or laundry environment is desirable.
