Communications and Partnerships Specialist

Tent Partnership for Refugees is seeking a skilled Communications and Partnerships Specialist to support our efforts in the UK. This role will focus on organizing events, managing partnerships, and developing communications strategies to promote our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and execute events, including workshops, conferences, and job fairs, to promote Tent UK's mission and engage with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, NGOs, and other organizations to support our mentorship programs and partnerships.
- Conduct research on companies to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.
- Support the development of communications strategies, including media relations, social content, and press releases, to promote Tent UK's mission and activities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or international relations.
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, event management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Intellectual curiosity, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and operate in gray areas.
