Care Assistant Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a care assistant, working directly with clients to support them in living safely and independently in their own homes.

As a care assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence, as well as supporting clients with their medication and helping with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour (Weekdays) and £12.50 per hour (Weekends), plus access to vehicle required due to the geographical nature of the role. Our benefits package includes enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card with access to more than 15,000 discounts nationwide.
