Care Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, security, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care.
- Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in providing physical and mental care, administering medication, and conducting medication audits.
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in person-centred care planning and caring for individuals with dementia.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing training to develop your career.
