Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

Global Workplace Solutions, a division of CBRE, is seeking a skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in London. As a key member of the BT Workplace team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional reactive and planned maintenance service to building engineering systems and services.

The ideal candidate will have previous facilities management experience and be fully qualified to BS7671 18th Edition. You will be confident in all aspects of electrical maintenance, fault finding, and installation work, as well as having basic plumbing and mechanical skills.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and COSHH laws, completing risk assessments, and maintaining equipment and appliances. You will also be responsible for diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, and delivering small works projects.

The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with the Customer Service Centre and other stakeholders.
