Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Booking / Promotions Manager to join our team at Q Shoreditch.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for raising awareness for the venue and providing full coverage of our events.

As a creative and innovative team player, you will be the lead for the programming of the weekly club & events calendar, securing talent, creating new events and working alongside the management team on strategies & event budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns for music venues and/or events.
  • Curate in-house led events and book new events/artists.
  • Manage a database of previous clients and existing relationships with event organizers, promoters & sub-promoters.
  • Stay up-to-date with current events / music industry trends.
  • Work on a variety of projects at once and be willing to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in this role or similar positions.
  • Broad knowledge of the current events / music industry trends.
  • Possess a database of previous clients plus existing relationships with event organizers, promoters & sub-promoters.
  • A broad and diverse musical knowledge.
  • An understanding of social media and familiar with running paid social media.
  • Confident briefing and working with designers, photographers, videographers.

Working Conditions:

Full-time including leading events on weekends.

£30,000.00 per year (more dependant on experience).

Q Shoreditch 55-61 Tabernacle Street, London EC2A 4AA (Candidates must be able to commute to East London).
