Job Opportunity: Cover Supervisor for English Medium Schools

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cover Supervisor to work in English Medium Secondary Schools in Newport. As a Cover Supervisor, you will work on a day-to-day basis within schools, partnering with Equal Education Partners to provide high-quality support to students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage the behavior of classes up to 30 pupils.
  • Encourage pupils to interact in the classroom.
  • Support pupils to complete tasks when needed.
  • Collect completed work and return it to the class teacher.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of 40+ days across the last 2 years.
  • The ability to deal with challenging behavior in the classroom.
  • An understanding of the National Curriculum.

Benefits:

  • You will be paid a minimum of £110 per day, with higher pay rates available depending on experience.
