About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with children and young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high-quality camp experience, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Leading a team of coaching staff to deliver a fun and engaging camp experience
  
• Ensuring the health and safety of children at all times
  
• Managing administrative tasks, such as scheduling and venue preparation
  
• Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• 
  
• 12 months' experience working with children and young people
  
• Experience in a management or leadership position
  
• A relevant degree or qualification in childcare, education, or a related field
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• A commitment to child safety and wellbeing
