Primary School Learning Support Assistant | Opportunity Overview

We are looking for a qualified and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our Primary School in Barking. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children/young people who have SEND and a desire to learn and a passion for working with children with additional need.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will establish and promote supportive relationships with students through acting as a role model and being aware of individual needs.

You will earn up to £105 per day paid via PAYE on a weekly basis and work hours of between 8:30-16:00, Monday-Friday.

About the Opportunity:

  • Provide 1:1 support to learners with additional learning needs
  • Help pupils adjust to their new settings and recognise signs of distress to develop students' self-esteem

Requirements:

  • Must have an undergraduate degree from a Top 30 UK University
