Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will work closely with talent, agents, and other industry professionals to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and success. Your duties will include:
  • Managing day-to-day operations, including coordinating schedules, appearances, shoots, and other professional engagements
  • Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for talent, including sponsorships, collaborations, and new platforms
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for talent
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with talent, agents, and other industry professionals

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 1+ years of experience in talent coordination, entertainment, digital media, or a related field, and prior experience working with TV personalities or digital creators. You must also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
