### Job Mission

As a Piping Construction Coordinator at Assystem, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between contractors and clients, ensuring efficient handling of site requests. You will report to the Balance of Plant Construction Lead.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage Field Change Requests (FCRs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to maintain construction activities.
* Work collaboratively with engineering and construction teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
* Efficiently manage resources within a defined budget.
* Propose and review remediation plans for issues identified in FCRs and NCRs.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the throughput of FCRs and NCRs.

### Qualifications

* Degree in a related engineering field or qualified by experience.
* Proven experience in a similar piping construction role.
* Meticulous and rigorous engineering approach.
* Experience with responding to Non-Conformance Reports.
* Knowledge of CDM Regulations.
* Strong leadership skills to coordinate the construction team.
* Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders.
