- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, communicating effectively, and tailoring approaches to each family's unique needs.

- Efficient multitasking, strong organisational skills, prioritisation, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with urgency.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt approaches based on customer interactions.
- Adaptability, making informed decisions, and effectively adapting to change.
- A customer-focused mindset, understanding the importance of a customer-facing role, particularly from 3-8 pm, handling phone calls and Teams interactions effectively.
