**About the Role**

Brammer Buck & Hickman is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in the design and supply of aluminium profile and accessories. As a key member of our innovative team, you will play a crucial role in helping us drive the continued growth of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Liaise closely with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Organise and control multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
  • Liaise with the purchasing team to coordinate the outsourcing of materials and ensure timely delivery.
  • Creation of part numbers and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support production and inventory management.
  • Coordinate and support the production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and testing, with a strong background in Solidworks.
