Project Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Engineering & Delivery team at AGITO. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and processes
  • Monitor and drive invoicing for all projects
  • Support the standardisation of the project management process across the AGITO team
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks
  • Prepare and implement project specific execution plans
  • Manage and review project budgets with the Project Sponsor
  • Lead the technical and commercial resolution process for equipment and project issues
  • Resolve project issues and resource constraints within the team

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract experience
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to drive others
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Project, Excel, Word, Outlook & Share Point
