About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. You'll work closely with our clients to support them with their daily needs, assist with personal care, manage medication, and provide emotional support. No previous experience is required, just a willingness to learn and develop your skills as part of a close-knit team.

Job Description

Your job description will include:
  • Providing person-centred care to our clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with their medication and promoting independence
  • Engaging in conversations and building relationships with clients

Qualifications
