Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store in Guildford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing store team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of retail store staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales
  • Manage store budgets, including payroll, inventory, and operational expenses

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail store management, preferably in the audio visual industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting targets
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
