Personal Injury Solicitor - Leadership Role

Realm Recruit is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to take on a leadership role within our client's close-knit team. As Head of Personal Injury, you will have a diverse caseload and the opportunity to bring in more work according to your capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the team's caseload
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure their success and growth
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years PQE with consistent billing experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
