Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, and seizure management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, and seizure management.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Travel to various locations within a 100-mile radius to provide care and support.
  • Participate in on-call rota to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in complex care, including ventilation care and tracheostomy care.Compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care.Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
