Job Description: Payroll Manager

Streamline Search is partnering with a reputable Financial Planning business to recruit a skilled Payroll Manager for their expanding accounts department. This role involves working with various accounting services across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire payroll process, from salary calculations to benefits administration.
  • Prepare accurate and timely payroll reports and summaries.
  • Process employee status changes, including new hires, terminations, and promotions.
  • Maintain payroll data integrity and ensure compliance with relevant UK laws and regulations.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive starting salary of £58,000 per annum, negotiable based on previous experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including a standard holiday entitlement of 24 days, increasing by one day each year up to 32 days, plus bank holidays.
  • A workplace pension scheme, where both the employee and employer contribute 4% initially, rising to 6% after five years.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll management or a similar accounting role.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in payroll processing software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
