Your new companyOur client is a Legal 500 insurance law firm that continues to grow and thrive. They are seeking a Catastrophic Loss Solicitor to join their West Midlands office on a fixed-term contract. You will work closely with the lead lawyer on high-value complex injury cases, providing expert advice and support. Your new roleThis Catastrophic Loss Solicitor position will see you handle a diverse and challenging caseload, working closely with the firm's complex injury claims team on large loss claims. You will be working closely with a lead lawyer on complex, high-value multi-track and catastrophic injury claims arising from EL/PL and RTA matters. This is a fixed-term contract role.

What you'll need to succeedYou should be a qualified Solicitor/Lawyer with experience assisting in large-loss defendant cases. A successful candidate should also have experience handling their own caseload of multi-track RTA/EL/PL cases. Experience of indemnity, liability, and quantum is essential. Excellent client care and interpersonal skills are required.
