Construction Project Manager

Carrington West is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our Severn Trent Water Framework team in Warwickshire. As part of the Green Recovery programme, you will oversee the planning, programming, and resourcing of projects, ensuring high-quality construction in busy highway environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality construction projects, liaising with stakeholders and the public.
- Leading the site team, subcontractors, and operatives for smooth project execution.
- Maintaining accurate project records, ensuring they are archived properly.
- Implementing Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.
- Coordinating inspection, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Requirements include:
- HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or similar (preferred).
- CSCS Black Card (NVQ Level 6) or Gold Card (minimum).
- SMSTS (5-day course) and full 3-day First Aid certification.
- NRSWA - Supervisor certification (essential).
- Additional qualifications like Confined Space Training and Lifting Appointed Person are advantageous.
Competitive salary between £50-60k, negotiable based on experience. Benefits include:

- Pension scheme and life assurance (2x salary).
- 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
- Discretionary annual bonus, dependent on company performance.
