We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a highly regarded Secondary School in Ealing. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and targeted interventions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in any subject and a passion for education and supporting young people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage and inspire students. A proactive, positive attitude with the flexibility to support across various subjects is also required.

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated to be around £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Teaching Support: Provide academic support to students in-class, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and targeted interventions.
  • Small Group Work: Work with small groups or 1:1 to help students overcome challenges and enhance their learning.
  • Preparation: Assist in preparing learning materials and fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
