Maintenance Engineer

Join a leading FMCG manufacturing company in Hindley Green and take on a challenging role as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. This position offers a competitive salary of £51,000 - £52,000, along with a premium employer pension, private medical care, and employee benefit scheme.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide reactive and planned maintenance on production equipment
- Work collaboratively with a team of maintenance engineers to complete tasks on various machinery
- Maintain a range of machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Fault find both mechanically and electrically
- Report to the engineering shift manager
- Assist with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment
- Conduct machine break analysis, troubleshooting, and provide recommendations
- Support and guide less experienced engineering colleagues
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance engineering experience
- Engineering qualifications, such as HNC, NVQ, or C&G
- Fault finding ability both mechanically and electrically
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Experience of performing maintenance engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment
