Job Title: Diagnostic Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Solutions Specialist to join our team at TRS Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the pathology laboratory diagnostics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training to ensure seamless adoption of our diagnostic solutions.
  • Onboard new customers by engaging with their teams to ensure a successful launch and implementation of our products.
  • Travel to prospective customer sites, luminary sites, and trade shows to deliver presentations and showcase our diagnostic solutions.
  • Provide ongoing application assistance and support to end-users, ensuring they achieve optimal results from our products.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an application specialist role with a focus on pathology laboratory diagnostics.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to travel throughout southern England, with occasional overnight stays.
