About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our front of house team, you'll be responsible for ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Assist guests with checking in and out, and provide information on our hotel facilities and services.
  • Prepare and serve a range of drinks and food, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front of house areas.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing excellent service and support to colleagues.

Teamwork

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide support and guidance to new colleagues, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
