Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Finance Officer to join our Leveraged Finance team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and structuring Leveraged Finance transactions, as well as underwriting and syndication of HY bonds and TLBs. If you have a proven track record in managing stakeholder relationships and a strong understanding of financial regulations, we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and structure Leveraged Finance transactions, including HY bonds and TLBs.
  • Underwrite and syndicate HY bonds and TLBs, working closely with external counterparties and internal teams.
  • Maintain market intelligence and gather investor appetite through external collaborations.
  • Lead origination activities, including running financial models, completing credit analysis, and reviewing documentation.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in a financial discipline, with at least 7 years of experience in Leveraged Finance or a similar field.
  • Proven expertise in analyzing and structuring Leveraged Finance transactions, as well as underwriting and syndication of HY bonds and TLBs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage junior resources effectively.
  • Familiarity with policies and procedures of origination and syndication activities, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with an additional EU language being beneficial.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €120,000 - €180,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
