Marketing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team at The Engage Partnership Recruitment. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the growth of our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies across various channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and WordPress.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that drive results.
  • Assist in the development of our marketing strategy and aid in the execution of larger projects, such as website revamps and email marketing campaigns.
  • Support the implementation of new automation platforms, CRM, and website provider.
  • Contribute to the growth of our marketing campaigns, including paid media, and develop a deep understanding of our marketing strategy.

Requirements:

  • PPC knowledge and experience is a plus, but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with occasional need to be commutable to Bristol for content creation.
