About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Sir Robert McAlpine. As a key member of our construction project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our £250 million project in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the quantity surveying function to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project estimates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on quantity surveying matters to support the project team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a similar construction project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
