Land Agent Job in Perth, Scotland

Hunter Dunning Ltd is seeking a skilled Land Agent to join their team in Perth, Scotland. As a key member of the rural consultancy, you will be responsible for a mixture of infrastructure, renewables, and utilities projects across Scotland.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work as part of an established team, offering a variety of benefits including hybrid working. You will be responsible for client visits and meetings, advising on land rights, assisting with compensation claims, and valuation for renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client visits and meetings to discuss land management and development opportunities
  • Advising clients on land rights and helping to secure them
  • Assisting with compensation claims for rural and utilities projects
  • Valuation of land for renewable energy projects
  • Digital mapping and land referencing to support project delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Land Agent or Rural Surveyor
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
  • MRICS or Registered Valuer is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, verbal, written, and in-person with client meetings
  • Digital mapping experience is desirable
  • Experience in rural activities such as farming or forestry is desirable
