About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Greenford, London. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with medication, as well as assist with daily living tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Support individuals to develop life skills and independence, including taking day trips into London and engaging in activities such as swimming and trampolining.
  • Work collaboratively with a small, positive, and supportive team to provide a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Assist with driving and transportation, as well as provide emotional support and companionship.

Requirements
