Application Support Specialist

Hireful seeks an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our team. As a hybrid role, this position involves working 2 days from our Barford office and 3 days remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd line support and maintenance of our bespoke software applications.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding 2nd line application support to over 3000 motor trade customers in the UK and Europe.
- Build a deep knowledge of our bespoke software products and act as an escalation point for technical queries and complex technical issues.
- Be proactive, work on own initiative, maintain a high level of customer service for all support queries and represent Hireful in a professional manner.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft SQL and be willing to develop their knowledge of our bespoke applications.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a company pension scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity leave packages, and a flexible benefits package.
