About the Role

We are looking for an ARMO Technician Lead to join our team at eTeam. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inspection processes for incoming, in-process, and outgoing components.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and develop other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement non-destructive testing (NDT) methods and other testing protocols to assess component integrity.
  • Review and update testing standards, ensuring they align with evolving industry practices and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

Estimated Salary: £52,500 per annum.
