Job Title: Regional Sourcing Unit HR Manager - UK&I

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team as a Regional Sourcing Unit HR Manager - UK&I. This is a key role that will be responsible for leading the HR agenda across our Sourcing Units in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sourcing Unit Directors to drive business performance and implement HR strategies
  • Develop and implement local people plans that meet the specific needs of each Sourcing Unit
  • Oversee the execution of HR initiatives and policies in line with local legislation and One Nomad policies
  • Drive and oversee proactive Sourcing Unit Talent Management Plans
  • Consistently deliver excellent execution of HR initiatives and policies in line with local legislation and One Nomad policies
  • Execute Industrial Relations strategy and deliver successful management of business change within the Sourcing Units
  • Custodian of culture, engagement, and communication
  • Custodian of Nomad SC Operating Model and organisation design
  • Use data and insights to ensure leaders understand key performance and key risk indicators
  • Coach, develop, and support the HR Business Partner and HR community across the Sourcing Units
  • Establish key strategic partnerships with on-site agency providers and drive for continuous improvement of service
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience leading HR agenda in Sourcing Unit environment
  • Language requirements: Business English
  • Proven track record of business partnering with Snr Leadership Team and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering complex negotiations with workers councils and unions
  • Experience implementing change agenda within matrix organisation
  • Multicultural experience across Europe is preferred
  • FMCG or Retail experience is preferred
