We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Malmaison Newcastle. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Manage tables efficiently, ensuring that guests receive their food and drinks in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Upsell and promote our menu items and drinks to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to achieve excellent service standards.
