Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our team at Harnham. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing, sustainably driven organisation, where you will be part of a team of 5 analysts working closely with multiple functions across the business, including Engineering and Research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer journeys, customer behaviour, and browser behaviour to identify areas for improvement.
  • Draw insights from data to inform business decisions and drive commercial growth.
  • Deliver findings to key stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain current dashboards to provide real-time insights and visibility.
  • Design and execute A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product analysis, with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Proven expertise in using Big Query, Tableau, SQL, Amplitude, and Python.
  • Relevant experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Online marketplace industries.
  • Commercial and stats background, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • DBT background, with experience in data transformation and pipeline management.
