### Job Title: Cover Supervisor

#### Location: Northamptonshire

#### Job Type: Full-time, Immediate Start

#### Salary: £100 - £150 per day

Are you passionate about education and looking for flexible work to fit your busy schedule? Teaching Personnel is working closely with Secondary Schools across Northamptonshire who are looking to expand their pool of Cover Supervisors for flexible, ad-hoc cover requirements.

### Your Role

#### Delivering Pre-Set Lessons
Facilitate learning by following lesson plans and ensuring a productive classroom environment.

#### Maintaining Order
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a respectful and focused atmosphere.

#### Assisting with Queries
Provide support to students by answering questions and offering guidance.

#### Reporting
Record any issues or incidents and communicate them to appropriate staff members.

#### Collaboration
Collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure a seamless educational experience for students.

### Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Possession of a DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
