**Overview:**

We are Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd, a leading provider of care services to children with learning disabilities. We are currently seeking an experienced Care Leader to join our team in Widnes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of caregivers and providing exceptional care and support to our clients. If you have a passion for making a difference and are committed to delivering high-quality care, we want to hear from you.

**Salary:** £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Job Description:**

    1. Provide exceptional care and support to children with learning disabilities
    2. Manage a team of caregivers and ensure high standards of care are met
    3. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
  • Experience of working with children with learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
