About the Role
We are seeking a skilled multi-skilled carpenter to join our Response Repairs Operatives team at Selwood Housing Group.
This role involves carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in customers' homes, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and service delivery.
The successful candidate will diagnose and address repairs efficiently, communicate effectively with customers and the planning team, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in customers' homes
- Prepare vacant homes for new customers
- Diagnose and address repairs efficiently

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A City and Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in carpentry or equivalent qualification/demonstrable experience
- UPVC servicing and installing skills
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of industry best practices
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols
- A current valid driving license
