We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Morepeople 01780. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to minimize equipment failure.
  • Operate maintenance equipment such as Fork Lift Trucks and Elevated Working Platforms to support production.
  • Plan and prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Respond to maintenance requests, diagnose faults, and repair equipment to ensure it is returned to operational service swiftly.
  • Assist with the moving, installation, and repositioning of machines and equipment.
  • Manage contractor control for all engineering tasks.
  • Complete all necessary engineering risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition in Electrical or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
